Hike Riding Mountain National Park *TRIP FULL*

We will hike either the Tilson loop or the closed birdtail or a trail of similar length and difficulty.  Milaege is expected to be in the 35-40KM range with a long Saturday.  All meals and gear appropriate to the season is required.

Canoe English River country (FULL)

 Join Jerry for a 2 week canoe trip starting at Caribou Falls Power dam, travelling to the southern boundary of Woodland Caribou park (Sydney Lake) and then returning to the power dam launch site. The trip involves about 200 km of paddling (2 x 100 each way) and a total of about 10 portages (2 x 5 each way). GO TO READ MORE.

Canoe to Robinson Lake

Join Jerry for a backcountry canoe and camping trip to Robinson Lake (at edge of Experimental lakes). Max of 6 paddlers. Involves one portage of about 400 m (downhill on a rough road and then upon return uphill of course). Paddling distance one way of about 3 km. Stay 3 nights at the campsite.  Explore the area, fish, . . . There a number of portages out of Robinson for exploring.

8 day Canoe Trip from Robinson to Ethelma

Join Jerry for a canoe and camping trip at the edge of the ELA. Start at Robinson L and end at Ethelma L. (Involves a 2 km road walk back for drivers after driving cars to Ethelma landing.) Appreciate a marvelous pictograph site at a cliff cave on Dryberry. 3 to 4 lay over days likely. A total of 6 portages (7 if low water levels). SEE READ MORE for portage details.

Join Jerry for a Riding Mountain backcountry cycling and camping trip to Kinnis Creek campsite (about 8 km one way). Enjoy Fall emerging in the park. A nice trail to cycle on.
