Lake Winnipeg Beaches

Oak Hammock Marsh Fall Blitz

Part of OHMIC Migration Festival. Starts at Oak Hammock Marsh at 7am. We will count the number of waterfowl leaving the marsh then go in groups to count all the bird in each count section. Meet for lunch at the centre at 1pm.

The Manitoba Chimney Swift Initiative (MCSI) is hosting its annual Swiftwatch evening at Assiniboine School on June 13th. Come along to view the spectacular roosting hour as the swifts turn in for the night, learn about the amazing Chimney Swifts and hear about the ongoing work of MCSI. We will be watching from the rear of the school.
