Cycle to St Adolphe, MB

Cycle to St Adolphe, MB from Crampton’s Vegetable Market (Waverley & Bishop Grandin) to St. Norbert Historic Site. Then cycle along west side of the Red River to St. Adolphe for lunch. Bring a trail lunch or enjoy lunch at an eatery in St. Adolphe. Return along the same route. Approx. distance 40 km. round trip.

Cycle from Assiniboine Park to The Forks & Return

Enjoy an urban cycle from the Duck Pond Shelter in Assiniboine Park to The Forks, on a designated and signed biking route between Portage Ave and the river and return down Wellington Crescent. Approx. Distance 20 km. round trip. Note: An alternate route of approximately 12 km can be arranged for those wishing a shorter cycle.

Paddle Pinawa Channel

This is an intermediate to possibly advanced canoe and kayak, full day trip down the scenic Pinawa Channel from the town of Pinawa to the Old Pinawa Dam Historic Park site (provincial park pass required).  It includes fast water through rocky areas, rapids and at least one portage. We will have lunch on the way and tour the old dam site at the takeout.
