As we have moved to Communal as the Nature Manitoba membership system, we are collecting answer to questions asked and tips to help with using Communal.
Where is my paper membership card?
Nature Manitoba has moved to electronic membership. A custom digital card has been created which will be automatically send when a memebrship is pruchased or renewed. This will include a PDF which can be printed, and cards for Apple Wallets and Google Wallets. You can re-download this information by logging into Communal.
How can I add my spouse to my digital membership card?
If you have a family membership, you can easily add the names to your electronic membership card. When you log into Communal, select "Change associated members" and select additional names.
I did not receive my digital membership card and receipt after purchasing a membership on the Communal Website.
If you have renewed or purchase a new membership but not received the membership card, check your Junk folder. You can also log into Communal and access your membership cards. Remember, if this is your first time logging into Communal, just hit "Forgot Password" and enter your email address.
Can I see what type of memebrship I had after it expires?
To view your membership history, log into you Communal account and select "My Membership" and then the "Expired" tab
I am trying to access Communal for the firs time. What is my password?
The first time you access Communal (or if you forget your password), just click on "Forgot Password" and Communal will send you andemail with instructioons. If your have moved to a new email account, please contact the office at memebrship@naturemanitoba.ca for assistance.
My Renewal email did not come from a Nature Manitoba email address. Is it SPAM?
The Communal membership system sends out automatic renewal emails with a "From address" of noreply@getcommunal.com. Adding this to your list of contacts may prevent it from going to your junk folder. Please email membership@naturemanitoba.ca for questions or support.
