Location: Meet at Superstore parking lot, Portage Ave & School Road.
Time: 10:30 AM departure.
Description: We will explore the St James and Charleswood areas. Travel on the Sturgeon Creek Greenway and Yellow Ribbon Greenway to the Assiniboine Park Duck Pond for a potty break and lunch. Through the Assiniboine Forest to the Harte Trail, and travel west to the Perimeter Hwy, with a brief stop at the historic Caron House. Then back over to the north side of the Assiniboine River to complete the circle to Superstore. Distance is about 40 km. Variable surfaces: residential streets, paved trails, a short distance on loose gravel, dried mud, and grass trail.
Distance: 35 to 40 km.
