Log into Communal with your membership account. If this is the first time you are accessing Communal, the password needs to be reset before you can access the system.

Update Information and select “Save | ![]() |
If you have a family membership, add family information using “Family Info”
Select “Create new family member” |

Any family member denoted as a secondary member will be alllowed to request changes to the user account.
